Establishment of KRON IT, d.o.o.

The company was founded in 1991 in response to the repair needs of the IT sector. The rapidly developing industry gave us momentum, and we gained a wealth of experience that is still useful today.

We shifted the company's focus from pure B2C to B2B to help insurance companies. We expanded our services from laptop and IT equipment repairs to other sectors.

What is it

KRON Warranty+ is your peace of mind!

Breaks, drops, spills, and other physical damage will void the regular manufacturer's warranty on your valued electronic device. Warranty+ only applies to the following types of devices:

Computers, laptops, tablets, TVs and smartphones.

A device that was repaired by us as an insurance case and is still under the regular manufacturer's warranty will remain under warranty. This is the KRON Warranty+. We install only 100% original spare parts, and the quality of service meets and exceeds the requirements of manufacturers of electronic devices for their repairs. We are so confident in our services that we will repair the device that was under consideration by us under warranty at no cost to you.


There are only three conditions for such treatment

That you have kept the original service order that you received after our initial service intervention; That the device was or is still under the regular manufacturer's warranty when it was accepted into our service center; That the defect is not your fault (breakage, fall, impact or theft, physical damage, wear)

The only exception is devices that have been in contact with liquid. For those devices, KRON IT offers a warranty on replaced spare parts for 3 months or as specified in the insurance terms.

The KRON Warranty+ starts on the day the device is returned to the customer (or the completion of the service order), and lasts until the last day of your regular manufacturer's warranty.

If your device is about to expire, you can also rest assured: The installed original spare parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty, i.e. 3 months for spare parts for all manufacturers of electronic devices (or as your insurance conditions dictate). In any case, the warranty that is more favorable for you as a customer applies.

We always use only original OEM spare parts for repairs. Only these meet the strictest quality standards.

To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to create a backup copy of your data, such as pictures and contacts, before the repair. Although we try not to delete your data, sometimes manufacturers require a factory reset of the device, otherwise the system cannot complete the repair. We understand the importance of your data, so we strongly recommend that you make a backup copy to ensure its safety. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you want us to keep your data, please let us know before the repair. The cost of copying data is 30€ incl. VAT.

The repair is generally completed within 24 hours – if the spare part is in stock. In any case, we will keep you informed about the duration of the repair.
