We always use only original OEM spare parts for repairs. Only these meet the strictest quality standards.
To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to create a backup copy of your data, such as pictures and contacts, before the repair. Although we try not to delete your data, sometimes manufacturers require a factory reset of the device, otherwise the system cannot complete the repair.
We understand the importance of your data, so we strongly recommend that you make a backup copy to ensure its safety. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If you want us to keep your data, please let us know before the repair. The cost of copying data is 30€ incl. VAT.
The repair is generally completed within 24 hours – if the spare part is in stock. In any case, we will keep you informed about the duration of the repair.
